The pu insulation board production line mainly includes three parts: molding machine, foaming machine and laminating machine. During production, the steel coil is expanded into the profiler, cut off after being profiled, placed manually to form a closed body with the bottom plate + upper plate + four building laminator, then compressed through the roof mechanism, and then injected into the PU foaming machine for molding. Two boards are foamed, injected and solidified on site, while the other two boards are loaded and unloaded, so they are imported and exported.

Process Description:

(upper part) uncoiling → guiding → shearing → film pasting → rib pressing → roller forming ↘

Steel plate heating → coating → foaming, curing and forming in the laminator → sawing → turnover and stacking → finished product packaging

(lower part) uncoiling → guiding → shearing → film pasting → rib pressing → roller forming ↗
